Comparison of Climate Change in New Hampshire vs. Florida

Posted: January 29, 2011 in Global Cooling, global warming fraud, global warming hoax

Here is what official government data shows in a comparison of climate change in Florida vs. New Hampshire.

Most Recent 12-Month Period (Jan – Dec) Temperature
Florida

Most Recent 12-Month Period (Jan – Dec) 1998 – 2010 Average = 70.99 degF
Most Recent 12-Month Period (Jan – Dec) 1998 – 2010 Trend = -1.02 degF / Decade

NOW LET’S COMPARE TO NEW HAMPSHIRE

Most Recent 12-Month Period (Jan – Dec) Temperature
New Hampshire

Most Recent 12-Month Period (Jan – Dec) 1998 – 2010 Average = 44.63 degF
Most Recent 12-Month Period (Jan – Dec) 1998 – 2010 Trend = -0.67 degF / Decade

Over the last 13 years the temperature in Florida is cooling at a rate of 10.2 deg. F per century while New Hampshire is cooling at a rate of 6.7 deg. F per century.  Of course these are just trends and subject to change over time but over this considerable time period it appears that the GLOBAL cooling taking place is occurring at a faster rate in Florida than in New Hampshire.  Future snow birds might want to take notice.
