A Most Disturbing Video by the Global Warming Fanatics

This is real.   It is part of a campaign to get British (and world) citizens to reduce their carbon emissions by 10% each year.  Pretty sad when these clowns have to resort to showing children being blown to smithereens to get their point across.  Some have suggested that this video is encouraging eco-terrorism.  I am not so sure about that but it is surely distasteful.

One can only wonder what the reaction would be if AGW skeptics produced a video showing a fascist blowing up children who believe in global warming.  The global warmers would be tripping over each other to get first in line to denounce us.

What is the message supposed to be here?  Is it: Comply with us and go along with this scam or we will kill you?

    OMG that is frightening.

  2. Michael R says:

    Is this real?

    • Yes, it most certainly is real. It was put out by the 10:10 organization. There has been so much backlash about it that they have stopped airing it but have publicly stated that they will not prohibit others from diseminating the video.

  3. St. GL says:

that was hillarious. if only i had that button for Mr. T… how sad.. great video though

  4. E=MC2 says:

I agree, if a similar video was circulated by people skeptical of the AGW hypothesis the protests would be all over the news.

OK, it is sort of comical but you are right about what would happen if the shoe was on the other foot.

  6. Mauricio Alonso says:

Typical British crudeness! Those guys don’t have any qualms when it comes to visuals. I wonder if the people that made that video were the ones who also made “Hot Fuzz” and “Shawn of the Dead”.

Leaving the unnecessary unpleasantness of the gore aside, can someone tell me what’s wrong with:
    a) Sysyems efficiency?
    b) Carpooling to reduce congestion, reduce oil dependency and avoid emissions?
    c) Saving energy?

Because I think there are all laudable goals in our wasteful lifestyle. Regardless whether AGW is a reality or not, do you really think we can continue wasteful lifestyles in a resource-limited world?
